Established 50 years ago, this udon restaurant is the only one in Neyagawa. ●The soup stock is made from dried sardines, dried round squid, sardines, bonito, and kelp, and has a well-balanced richness
... and aroma without any of the ingredients being too strong, which has earned it the support of many customers. ●The noodles are made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, and are matured in two stages, resting at different temperatures for one day. ● Curry Udon is a traditional Curry Udon made over three days using 30 different ingredients in a soup stock made from four ingredients: pork, beef, chicken, and fish.
