木曜日の12:30に到着、12名待ちに接続。
13:05に入店できました。
○黒毛和牛肉釜玉 1,280円
こちらのお店はとにかく麺が特徴的で、もちもちで柔らかい食感なのに、しっかりとした粘りとコシがあるので、うどんの美味しい部分を最高までに高めたようなうどんでした。
小麦の風味もしっかりと感じられるので、ぶっかけというシンプルな食べ方がベストになると思いました。
肉も丁寧にしゃぶしゃぶして提供されるので、柔らかい食感と赤身の味わいが感じられるのでこれだけでもうどんが進みます。
卵の色味も合わせた見た目も含めて個人的にベスト3に入るうどんでした。
