We use raw domestic duck meat at our restaurant. Enjoy fresh meat that has never been frozen. For lunch, please enjoy ``Kamo Nanban Soba'' made with carefully selected ingredients. The homemade dashi soup we make every morning is made with kelp from Hokkaido and southern Hokkaido, steamed mejika, and dried bonito flakes. For the soba noodles, we purchase raw noodles from a noodle factory ◎ Please also try Other ``duck green onion and rice'' dishes. Even if you eat it simply with just salt, it will still be delicious.
