事前予約不可で、当日は8.30より記帳開始のお店です。
今回は日曜日の8:00くらいについたのですが、前に10人ほど並んでおり、意外と少ないなと言う印象。
本当に先頭に並ぶ予定であれば遅くとも7:30ごろには向かった方が良さそう。
ただ、今回でも実際には3巡目くらいになりお昼の12:15〜くらいからの案内でした。
記帳時に大体何時になりそうか伺っておくと良いかもです。
店内はカウンターのみ数席。そこまで多くはないので食べることに集中です。またキッチンが見えるので、調理が見えるのはとても面白いです♪
サラダのタレや自家製のつけタレが非常に美味！
オリーブオイルを使ったりでフレンチを感じながらも、あっさり系やしっかり系網羅できます♡
今回はTOKYO-Xと氷室豚を頼みました。
豚の違いは歴然。個人的には断然氷室豚派。
基本的にトンカツを食べる時はサシが多い方が美味しいのですが、ロースでありながら氷室豚のサシの質は感動しました。とはいえもちろんTOKYO-Xも当然美味しく、ただ今回は赤身強めの箇所だったのかな？という感じでした。
リブロースを食べたかったのですが、この日は売り切れてましたので、次回はぜひリブロを試したいです。
衣等は特別に感動せず、どちらかというと肉質の良さ、味付けの仕方などが面白かったです！
トンカツマニアはぜひ、朝から並びましょ☀️

This restaurant does not accept reservations in advance, and registration begins at 8:30 on the day of visit. This time, I arrived around 8:00 on a Sunday and there were about 10 people already in line, which was surprisingly few. If you really plan to be at the front of the line, it seems best to head there by no later than 7:30.
The dressing for the salad and the homemade dipping sauce were incredibly delicious! They use olive oil, so you can enjoy a French touch while having options that are both light and rich.
This time, I ordered TOKYO-X and Himuro pork. The difference between the pork types was clear. Personally, I am definitely a fan of Himuro pork. Generally, when eating tonkatsu, the more marbling the better, and the quality of marbling in the Himuro pork loin was impressive. Of course, the TOKYO-X was delicious too, though it felt like it had a stronger lean meat texture this time.
I wanted to try the rib loin, but it was sold out that day, so I definitely want to try it next time.
