大阪八尾、とんかつ百名店、マンジェさんです。
8:30から記帳予約が始まり、朝から大行列の人気店です。土曜8:00、待ち人15組ほど。記帳時に12:30頃との事。12:15分に携帯へ着信。12:30頃に戻りましたが、着席は10分後になりました。
極みハーフ&ハーフをいただきました。
ヒレカツとお好みの銘柄豚の組み合わせです。女性向けの少しボリュームの少ないメニュー。銘柄はtokyoXを選びました。
豚肉は柔らかくダイレクトにお肉の味が伝わります。見事な火入れで、衣はサクッとしており油が綺麗に落とされています。肉質よりも揚げ技が光るとんかつです。
お客様は皆、集中してとんかつを味わっています。
