今日はランチでマンジェさんにお伺いしました
言わずと知れたとんかつの名店ですね
朝8:30から配布される整理券を手に入れるために8:10に到着すると14番目でした
12席ですので2回転目となりました、まあ、まずまずですね…それから時間を潰して…
11:35に電話があり店内でメニューを見ながら待ちました
10分のしないうちに着席、既に調理に入っており、その後10分程でお品が出てきました
本日、いただいたのは以下の通り
①定食セット 600円
・サラダ(3杯までおかわりできます)
→おかわりしました、ドレッシングの酸味が強めになっています
・漬物(鰹節、大根の茎、沢庵、いぶりがっこ)
→これはかなりのレベルです、これをおかわりしたいです
・ご飯&味噌汁
→ご飯はけっこう大盛りだぞ〜

・塩(白トリュフ塩か黒炭塩からチョイス)
②至高のとんかつ盛り合わせ 3,760円
スーパーゴールデンポーク&特上ヘレとんかつ
→スーパーゴールデンポークは脂もサッパリしており、とても食べやすいです
何を付けて食べても美味しいのですが、まずはそのまま、次に塩で食べるのがオススメだと思います
オリーブオイルは白トリュフ塩の方が合うように思われます
ただ、「特上ヘレとんかつ」だけは自家製特製タレが抜群に合います
それと特上ヘレとんかつは上げる前に肉の周りに黒胡椒がかなりまぶしてありますので、お子様には向かないかもしれません
ああ、美味しかった
一心不乱にいただきました
皆様がこぞって訪れるのは分かる気がします
そう言えば、一つ誤算が有りました
ご飯をおかわりしたのですが、かなり大盛りです
ご飯の量はしっかり伝えておかわりしましょう
今日は私が帰る頃には空いている席もあり、お待ちのお客様待もいらっしゃいませんでした
平日13:00過ぎなら並ばずに食べれる事もあるんですね
今日は大変勉強になりました
