For Tempura, we use cottonseed oil, a premium oil that boasts the highest quality flavor and stability. The batter is made with a unique blend of flour passed down from the previous generation, resulting in a dry and crispy batter. Due to the simple cooking method, we are particular about the ingredients used, and we strive to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients using vegetables purchased from local Yao farmers and fresh seasonal Seafood. Our carefully selected Tempura is served freshly fried.

For dinner, we offer a variety of courses to suit the occasion and budget. Among them, we recommend the ``Monthly Course'' (4,950 yen), which includes many of our specialty items. You can enjoy nine dishes including two live tiger prawns, creative Tempura, and seasonal Tempura. In addition, there is a very satisfying lineup of 3 appetizers, salad, chawan mushi, dashi chazuke, and dessert. Since we opened, we have been using carefully selected rice shipped directly from Ishikawa Prefecture. Please feel free to use it for dinner or entertainment.
