We are very particular about the ingredients we purchase, including high-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef, seafood carefully selected from the Fukuoka market, and the most delicious seasonal vegetables. In particular, we never miss out on seasonal items such as asparagus, onions, lotus roots, and tomatoes, and incorporate them into our menus each time. We offer more than 10 types of courses, including those that allow you to enjoy French cuisine teppan cuisine and luxurious full courses. The most popular ``Small Plate Course'' includes 12 dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. The menu changes every three months and includes a diverse lineup of meat, fish, and vegetables. Another attractive feature is that you can easily reserve the small plate course only. For those who would like to choose their favorite dishes, there is a wide variety of à la carte menus.
