贅沢ランチですが 小学生の頃1958年創業の白山文雅で良く食べたメニューです 当時よりオニオングラタンスープとステーキカレーが大好きでした うん十年も経つと値段も違いますね
ヒレ肉は一度焼いてから軽くカレーと煮込んであるようです 柔らかいヒレ肉は噛まなくても崩れるほど柔らかく質の良さが判ります そのお肉は惜しげもなくふんだんに入っています
カレーは昔は黒いカレーだったと思いますが今日のカレーは生クリームが入っているのか鮮やかなブラウンでした スパイスは効いておらず洋風の良いところを集めた味わいです マッシュルームも控えめながら入っています
バターピラフだと思われるライスはステンレス製のベジタブルディッシュにて提供されます 最初にライスは2口分程度しかお皿に盛って無い為以前ドキッとした事を思い出しました（貧乏性w）アクセントのレーズンとフライドオニオンも変わらずです
オニオングラタンスープはバゲットが沢山沈めてありその上にチーズを乗せてオープンで仕上げてある為に驚く程美味しいのですが昔と変わってないので凄いです 進化したというのが褒め言葉でしょうか？ 二階に上がる廻廊よりロオジエの様なグランメゾンを思わせる内装ですのでカジュアルで行くと完全に浮きます なるべくお洒落をして訪問すべきお店です 2014年には建物が全焼するというアクシデントがあったことも忘れられません
白山の二代目とシャトー文雅のオーナーは親族でお二人ともホテルニューオータニのご出身だとか
