I visited on a clear day and was able to see the magnificent castle up close. As soon as I entered the store, I saw a staircase with a red carpet and was nervous as I climbed it one step at a time. This time I ordered the nature course. All the dishes were brightly prepared and had deep flavors. Recommended is French curry. The curry (approximately 3 bites worth?) came last in this course, but it was the first time I had a very creamy curry that didn't have a strong curry spice, and it was very delicious. In addition to the food, I was also surprised by the great customer service. Surprisingly, all of the customer service employees who took orders were women (only the sommelier was male). When a restaurant is selected for a Michelin plate, the number of customers who demand high quality increases, so the level of customer service must be high, and I was surprised to see that most of the customer service was handled by women. This is a wonderful restaurant that puts effort into human resource development, and I would like to continue visiting this restaurant to try French curry.
