I was looking for lunch in Saga and found this restaurant that I had never visited before. Although it is Japanese Cuisine restaurant, there are many reviews of Champon, so I am curious. Visited during lunch time. Although the location of the store is not on the main street, the inside of the store was busy. I sat down at the empty counter and looked at the menu. There are quite a few types, but today I'll stick with Champon for 800 yen. Champon that came was a white soup. Plenty of vegetables too. Probably a bit too much bean sprouts. First, let's have some soup. The concentration is thinner than expected. You could say he's the easy type. The color is white, so I guess it's probably milk or soy milk. I didn't really feel the flavor of the seafood. It's quite filling, and I think it's a cup with plenty of vegetables. However, this store may be different from the stores you go to just for Champon. After all, it's not the main dish, so it's natural that the way the soup is made is different from that of Noodles specialty restaurants. I realized this again. It looks like this restaurant still has an attractive menu.
