飲食店を長年続けられているということは、それだけ愛される味を持っているということ。
広く皆に愛される味もあれば、根強いファンをつかんでいる味もあるのでしょう。
スープを一口頂いた時に、あっさりした感じがありました。
私はガツンとくる味が好きなので、薄いかなぁと思ってしまいました。
しかし、そこに意味があるのだと後で気づきます。
野菜はしっかりとした歯ごたえもあり、麺は少し太い感じでした。
塩コショウも少なめなので、物足りない人がいるかも知れません。
感動したのは、麵や具を平らげた後のスープです。
ごくごく飲めるんです。
そして、私の好きなチャンポンにありがちな少しの抵抗感がないんです。
このチャンポンなら、連食しても構わないと思えました。
