出張先で会社の同期が行きつけというこのお店に伺いました。イカが入る日と入らない日があるそうで、伺った日は当たり日でした。店内に入るとすぐ水槽が目に入り、イカさんが数匹泳いでいました。それを写真のようにお造りにしてくれました。運ばれてきたばかりの身は透明で、本当にプリップリです。だんだん白く色が変わって来ました。お刺身を食べ終えた残りの身は、さらに調理してくれます。ホクホクの天ぷらにしてくれて、これまた感動でした。その他も佐賀名物の料理で時間を忘れて17:00に入店したのに気づいたら22:00時を回っていました。比較的空いていたので、ゆっくりできてよかったです。是非イカをお目当てに。
