薄味でほんのり生ぐさい煮魚がでてきました。 【家族で行きました。3,000円/一人コースを注文しました。】
以前お店を訪れて良いと思っていたところは、比較的リーズナブルな料金で
魚料理がおいしいところ。値段の割にはお刺身のお造りも新鮮でたくさん出てきたし、
家庭では絶対できないような煮魚が非常においしかったところが気にいっていました。
それが、久しぶりにいってみたら愕然としましたよ。
まず出てきたのは、「タイのお刺身」、ちょっぴり臭い気がする・・・
歯ごたえも味もなんかそこそこな感じ・・・。
思えば量も少ないなぁ・・・。
次に出てきたのが、「鯛の煮魚」はっきり言ってこのお店のメイン！
ちょっぴり強めに甘辛く煮たお魚は、家庭では再現できないほどの出来栄えだったのが、
私は気にいっていた。
それが、薄味でほんのり生くさい･･･。
アウトーーーー！
これが一番のがっかりです･･･。
しかも、それからいくらまっても次の料理がでてこない！
１時間半で５品中２品だけ！！
どんだけ待たせるんだろ･･･｡
コース途中で帰りました。
なのに料金もきちんと取られましたよ･･･。
払わないとはいわない！
しかしおもてなしのプライドを失ったお店は
やはり料理の質と味の低下に繋がっているんだろうと実感しました。
