初めての佐賀飲みです。
地元の食材を使った料理が食べられるということで、知り合いの紹介で行ってきました。
入店したときは小上がり席が全て埋まっていたため、カウンターに通されたが、
すぐに空いたため、飲み物だけ抱えて移動。
お店の方の対応もまずまず。
まずはイカの活造り。
新鮮そのもののイカの刺身は透き通っていて、甘くて、ゲソも口腔に絡み付いてくる。
これだけのイカの活造りはなかなか食べられない。
続いてカワハギの活造り。
キモを溶かして食べるのが王道ではあるが、キモがあまりに新鮮だったため、
そのままで食べることに。
本当に新鮮じゃないとできない食べ方だ。
「クツゾコ」なる魚にも初めてお目にかかった。
おすすめの煮つけで注文。
カレイの煮つけよりも、身の味が濃くて食べごたえあり。
酒にも合う。
ムツゴロウの煮つけは少しクセがあるものの、野趣あふれる味で
有明海の力強さを感じさせる。
お酒は「わらすぼ酒」で〆る。
フグのヒレ酒に雰囲気は似ているが、また違った味わい。
料理もお酒も大満足でした。
また行ってみたいお店です。
