友人からの口コミで、予約してこのお店に来ました。
二人だと、量がよくわかりませんが、
アラカルトで注文することに。
席はスクリーンのようなもので区切った半個室状態なので、近くのお席の方の
話し声は聞こえますが、姿は見えないかんじです。
活作りが食べたかったので、
カワハギの活造りと、鯖の活造りを注文しました。
鯖は、すぐそばの生け簀で泳いでるのを見ました。
さらに、地物の魚の口底の煮付け一人前をお願いしました。
カワハギは、美しく、すごい迫力でした。
まだヒレが動いてました。（１５分～２０分たっても動いていてすごい生命力！）
きももたっぷりでボリューム満点でした。
しょうゆとポン酢をだしてくれました。
しょうゆは甘めのものでした。
ポン酢も関東のものより、甘味がありました。
きもは、濃厚でとろけるような美味しさでした。
クルマで来たので、日本酒と一緒に楽しめないのが、とても残念でした。
地元のお酒がそろっていました。
つづいて、鯖の活け作りもきました。これほどの量の鯖のお造りを見るのは初めてです。
鯖こそ、新鮮じゃないと、こういう料理はできませんね。
サービスされてからも、鯖のお頭が、ぴくん、ぴくんと、動いていました。
鯖のいろんな部位を楽しみました。鮮度抜群でコリコリしてました。
口底はくせのないお魚でした。
甘めに煮てありました。
やわらかい白身をぺろりとたいらげてしまいました。
つきだしもついていたので、注文した3品でお腹いっぱいになり、お会計となりました。
お会計は、烏龍茶、ノンアルコールビール2本で、
ふたりで12000円でした。
