JR佐賀駅から歩いて20分程、梟の響キです。
佐賀市内には地産の美味しいものを食べさせてくれる居酒屋は多く、かつ佐賀の眺望まで望めるという絶好の場所。カウンター越しでも、個室でも楽しめるという万能仕様となっています。
・温野菜サラダ
たくさんの種類が入った温野菜。
・岩牡蠣
天草産の岩牡蠣を生で。切ってあるので食べやすいです。
・子エツの唐揚げ
筑後川河口地域で初夏しか採れない幻の魚、エツ。これが非常に美味いのです。ビールとの相性が凄まじく良いです。佐賀に来てこれを食べられただけで凄く幸せでした。
・雲丹
軍艦巻きにしてもらいました。説明不用に美味いです。
・佐賀牛イチボのステーキ
これも説明不用の美味さ。ジャポネソースも意外とよくあります。
・せせりと明太子チーズの揚げ春巻き
想像通りの味。想像以上に具材が詰まった春巻き。
・天草大王の炙りたたき
メインの後にもう一個なんか頼もうとして、何故か鶏のたたきを最後に。しかしこれがむちゃんこ美味い。冷たいのに炙りの香ばしさが残っているという代物。
何食べても美味いのと、お酒に良くあう造りが逸脱しており佐賀の居酒屋の中でも人気なのがよくわかります。どんなシチュエーションでも満足できそうなのがよかところです。
