アルタゆめ咲きいちば東の道路からゆめタウン佐賀の方へ進んで数件先にあります。
佐賀市兵庫北の閑静な住宅街の中、佐賀市内では貴重な天ぷら専門店です。
平日の夜、席だけの予約をして連れと２人で伺いました。
スタイリッシュな和風建築で店内にはＬ字カウンター席、テーブル席、奥には個室もあるようです。
天ぷらのコースが中心の店で、３８００円、４９００円、６０００円のコースがありました。
本日は３８００円のコースを注文しました。
覚えている内容は、
■先付・・・自家製ゴマ豆腐と湯葉
■天ぷら・・・クルマエビの頭、クルマエビ、稚アユ、アナゴ、サツマイモ、タラの葉、マイタケ、太刀魚。ほかにもあったかなあ。冷凍ものは一切使わないという素材は季節感を感じさせる新鮮な旬のもの。衣はさっくりととても軽い揚げ上がりでした。普段食べている天ぷらの重く油っこい衣はいったい、と思わずにはいられません。中でも丸ごといただく稚アユとタラの芽ではないタラの葉はほろ苦いさっぱりとした後味でした。岩塩、レモンだれ、天つゆでいただきます。
■ご飯もの・・・かき揚げの天茶か天丼のいずれかを。２人でそれぞれいただきました。なんとも香ばしい掻き揚げです。
■デザート・・・ジンジャーのシャーベット
冷酒など２人で３杯ほど飲んで会計は９７００円くらいでした。次回は季節を変えて行きたいと思います。
なお、ランチは４名からの要予約ですが、予約の客がいて席が空いていれば飛び込みにも対応できるということでした。
