佐賀駅周辺では、貴重な日曜営業の飲み屋さんです。
佐賀らしいものをと、ガニ豆腐を注文。
ガニは、サワガニをすりつぶして塩漬けにしたもの。
それが豆腐にのり、豆腐とあわせることで
さっぱりといただけます。
お酒がすすむ味。
さらに、赤茶海老の唐揚げを注文。
サクッと揚がり、中は海老味噌の味がして、とても美味しい。
これもお酒がすすむ味。
お酒は、佐賀の地酒を注文。
九州というと焼酎のイメージですが、
佐賀は日本酒です。
地酒も充実して良いお店でした。
