佐賀駅のすぐ近くにある居酒屋さん、店内は活気ある港町の居酒屋風かな。
魚系メニューがなかなか豊富です。ムツゴロウやワラスボまでありました。今回はムツゴロウに挑んでみました。真っ黒に焼かれるいや煮られたムツゴロウは歯はなかなか立派ですが丸ごと食べることができます。味は付けた味が強めでムツゴロウそのものの味はよくわかりませんw
ここは刺し身がオススメかも。一人前でも七種ほど出てきました。サバ、タコ、イカ、マグロ、さわら、イサキ、カンパチだったかな。味もいい。
日本酒も佐賀のものを中心にそれなりの種類があるので楽しく飲めると思いますよ
神崎にゅうめんも食べました、神崎というとエガちゃんの故郷ですね。海苔たっぷりのにゅうめんでシメにいいかも。
