While the area in front of the station became lively, the bar area around Aikei Town felt a little lonely. It might just be my imagination, but it might also have something to do with the fact that the store I was planning to go to was closed. I came to Batten Sake Brewery with the intention of trying sake. It wasn't that late yet, but many of the dishes were out of stock and it seemed like they had to close early. I decided to stay here as an order one chance. I received a Kusaka Musou with an impressive red label. It's the brewery of Amabuki. I guess the appetizer is fried octopus. It is mixed with grated daikon radish and has a firm, strong texture and a crunchy texture. I appreciate the stewed beef tendon. It looked like it was going to rain after this, and it was getting a little cold in Saga. The daikon radish has a firm texture that retains its crisp texture, and the flavor is soaked in, making it seem like it's going to loosen up. I'm glad that it contains quite a lot of beef tendon. Eat with yuzu pepper. The clear soup soaked through it, and the fact that it came with a spoon made me think that they wanted us to taste the soup. I also appreciate the generous amount of green onions in two different colors. I received a second helping of Karatsu's Juraku Taiko. I thought there was a sake brewery in Karatsu as well. Saga has good sake. Shochu is also available, but sake comes first. When I ordered it thinking I wanted to eat an omelet, I was surprised at how large it was. Lightly seasoned, with layers of crispy grilled eggs. Eat with grated radish. The soy sauce on the table is Kyushu's sweet soy sauce, which might be a good addition.
