We use carefully selected ingredients such as Imari beef, the best in Japan, and pesticide-free vegetables from Saga Prefecture delivered directly from contracted farmers. Steak sauce is a proud item, painstakingly made without additives in pursuit of a flavor that matches Imari beef! Cherry blossoms in full bloom in spring, lush greenery in summer, autumn leaves in autumn, and snowscapes in winter!
