This is a nice Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near Saga Station. Hello ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ/I went to Saga. I had a hearty lunch that day, so I felt like having a light drink at night. Tabelog for a restaurant that looked like it served sake and sashimi near the hotel I was staying at, and made a phone reservation on the day, and went there♪ When I went inside, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere with the warmth of wood. I was guided to the counter. Most of the customers were locals. ・Appetizer ・Assorted sashimi ・Fried burdock ・Draft beer ・Sake At first, I thought I would just leave, but it was so delicious that I felt like I wanted to eat a little more! ^_^ I chose a local sake from the white board in the store. ・Fried Ariake Ko-Etsu ・Grilled Taku Kirioka eggplant with cold ginger dashi broth I added. It's nice that the origin of the ingredients is written on the menu. I tried to choose as many Kyushu products as possible. The couple sitting next to us seemed to be regulars, and were celebrating the wife's birthday. We even got a complimentary dish from the restaurant >.<♪ Thank you very much. The fried burdock was especially delicious. It has an indescribable texture. Kyushu is a real highlight (◠‿◕) and you eat it with mayonnaise ⊙.☉ The total bill was 5,200 yen.
