看板に特濃と書いてある通り、豚骨をぎゅっと圧縮したようなドロっとしたスープ。見た目はかなり濃い味に見えるけれど意外にもスッキリと飲める印象。
海苔を爆盛りすると丼が隠れるんじゃ無いかと思うくらいの量。シャキシャキのネギもアクセントとして最高。
ただ、最近は海苔も乗せず、ネギも少なめの方が好き。無駄なものはあまり乗せないでスープの味を味わいたい。
