鳥栖駅前のフレスポに入る鮮魚店「誠大」
毎週何か買わせて頂くお気に入りだ。
2022.2.1フレスポ裏の本通りに、海鮮居酒屋を開店！
これは行かねば！
開店の週末、ランチに飛んで行くも、
ランチは平日のみ、の張り紙。
直ぐに予約して飛んで行った。
ちなみに、今は
ランチは平日、11：30-15:00
夜は、18：00から
の様だ。
入ると、目の前に生簀、
中には伊勢海老、カワハギ、車海老に蛤や各種のお魚たち。
目をうばれつつ、
お刺身三種盛り、車海老の刺身、蛤の酒蒸し、トロ鰯の塩焼き、カキフライなど、基本をお願いした。
どれも間違いないが、刺身本当に感動。
分厚いだけでなく、トロッと旨味が出ている。
単に切っただけで無い、
口に含むとパーっと笑顔が広がる(^^)
3種盛りとケチらず、5種や8種にすればよかった。
六腑に染み渡るとろ鰯に、プリッと出汁出る蛤をつまみ
大麦香る一番搾りをキューっと。
ご馳走様でした。
間違いなくまた期待お店です。
