コラボメニュー、いよいよ本丸です。
イカの活き造りなんて
TVでしか見たことない！と
思ってたので、ワクワクです。
お店の方からは、この時期
漁獲量が少ないとのお話...
泳ぎイカは美味しかったですが、
1人づつにして欲しかったし、
ランチでご飯大盛りができない事。
残念です。
イカは九州ですね
生簀に魚や烏賊が泳いでいる活魚料理の有名店
最近は呼子ではなかなか魚が取れないらしく
こちらでいただくお料理は稀少です。
やっぱ玄界灘のイカは歯ごたえと甘みが最高です。
いろんな小物、小鉢にもこだわりが感じられて好きです！
以前、呼子で活きイカを楽しんだことが忘れられず、訪問しようと考えたが、やや時間が足りない。
ということで、地元の人に推薦されて、唐津市内で訪問したのがここ。
店内は、続々と地元らしき人が訪問...
名物のイカ！はじめて食べたときにはビックリしました。奥さんの故郷なので帰省するたびにお邪魔してます。いつ食べても美味しいです！
