唐津宿泊時、夕食にいかの活き造りを楽しむのを楽しみにしていました。電話問合せをしたところ、予約は受けていないとのこと。雨の土曜17:15着、待ちなく入店できました。店内の中央には生け簀があり、小部屋のように区切られた掘りごたつ席が店の窓際を囲むように配置されていました。きれいで、広々した印象です。
定食でなく単品にて注文。イカはまだ動いたりして、指で吸盤に触れると、ピタッと吸いついてきます。後作りは天ぷらに、ボリュームありサクサク感がメチャメチャ美味しかったです。揚げ出しの茄子がまたトロリと甘く、絶妙でした。鯛おぼろごはんは、おぼろの量が多く、シコシコとした食感で最強のしめごはんでした。味付けがどれも上品で絶妙でした。お酒は『万齢』『鍋島』『七田』をいただきました。くつろいでゆっくりと食事ができ、大満足のお店でした。
