当日、急に行くことになって、5時半からやっている店という条件で選びました。
この後予定があって1時間で出ないといけないという条件でしたが、
まだ店が混んでおらず、ほとんど他にお客さんがいなかったので、なんとかなりました。
席はカウンターの一番奥に。オールバックの板前さんに注文を聞かれます。
頼んだ品は下の通り。

〇野菜サラダ850円：オニオンドレッシングが美味しい普通のサラダ（写真なし）
◎川島さんのざる豆腐480円：唐津の有名な豆腐専門店、日本料理 川島の豆腐。ここで食べれたのはラッキーでした（笑）

〇イカ刺身？？？：定番の美味しさ
△刺身盛り1人前（2切れずつ）？？？：なんか地元のサーモンを推してましたが普通でした（笑）
△だし巻き玉子600円：好みより火が通りすぎてた…
赤足エビの塩焼き？？？：激旨（語彙が死んでる（笑））
〇イカの刺身の残りの天婦羅：これまた福岡でもおなじみ。ゲソ天婦羅にしてもらって大満足
◎イサキの煮付け：煮付けに丁度良い小さいサイズのがあったのがラッキー。自分の好みからしたら上品すぎるけど、旨い。特に味の染みた豆腐が死ぬほど旨い（笑）
☆白米小：そして煮付けの出汁をぶっかけて食べる飯の旨さ。死ぬかと思いました（笑）

鍋島は特別吟醸を飲んでから、もう1つの佐賀の酒を飲むつもりだったんですが、失敗しました…
お値段は2人で15000円ちょっと。サービス料とか無さそうだから、食事だけで12500円ぐらいですかね？
イカを２つにカウントして8皿。豆腐食べて、イカ食べて、刺し盛食べて、エビ食べて、イサキ食べて、その他もろもろ食べて1人6000円なら、福岡相場なら大得。唐津だからこそのお値段ですね。
酒も鍋島が２つあるのも流石。
店もキレイでサービスも丁寧。刺し盛の中身、イカや煮付けの魚のサイズも柔軟に変えてくれます。板前さんなんか、福岡だったら絶対怖い人しかしないオールバックなんですが、表情柔らかで言葉も丁寧。サラダが後から来たり、領収書書くのに時間がかかるのは御愛嬌。
他の店は分かりませんが、川島さんの豆腐が食べれるのが最大のポイントかもですね（笑）
