This Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is located in a shopping district, about a 3-minute walk from Karatsu Station. When I visited after making a reservation in advance, the seats seemed to be full on the day. This time I made a reservation for the `` selection live squid making course'' (¥5,500). The good thing is that they can accommodate your budget. However, last year when I ate live squid, it cost over 7,000 yen, so I thought I wouldn't be able to expect much from it, but I was surprised! It was a very satisfying full course meal that included grilled meat, sashimi, live squid, grilled food, lidded food, steamed food, Fried food, and rice dishes. The commitment to using only wild, local fish without using any farmed fish is clearly evident in the freshness of the ingredients. In addition, the steamed dishes had a delicate and elegant taste that brought out the flavor of the soup stock. Needless to say, the main dish, ikizukuri, was juicy and delicious♪ Thank you for the meal! !
