※ 大将が仰ってましたので、調べてみましたら実際そうでしたので掲載しておきます。
訪問1週間位前の年末にTEL予約。
唐津市内の繁華街の一画に在ります。
店内、カウンター：10席、個室：4席x5 と思ったら、大女将曰く35席との...
調理：大将、ホール+調理補助：女将、ホール：女性2名に、大女将は接客専門？の5名体制。
1900に入店したところ先客は、2組6名様で自分は最終入店客。地方の人気店は連休の谷間の平日が「狙い目」と確信した瞬間でした...
メニューはステーキのサイズにより、 ※ 税込サ無？

と、幅があります...

初見客には93gで様子を見て、ハンバーグ（+2千円）を追加するのがオススメとの事でしたので、そのようにしました。

以下、食した所感。
・兎に角、大将と大女将のトークが面白い...
・初見：常連扱い、2回目以降：友達 で、料理+雰囲気を楽しんで頂くのがモットーだそう...過去に塾講師の経験もあるとの事で、常連様には受験の相談もボランティアで受けているとの...
・フレンチの経験もおありのようで、ステーキは理に適った調理。ロース肉から抽出した油を鉄板（=肉の周り）にかけまくって、揚げ焼きのように仕上げます。
・フランベの際のパフォーマンスは過剰かも知れませんが必見なので、Max2-3名にしてカウンター席に陣取りましょう。
ハイボール：2杯、赤：1杯、サービス（赤2、グラッパ）を頂いて、14.7千円。
口コミ書いている際に支払い額を知りましたが、非常にリーズナブル。
食後に大将へBarへ行きたいと相談したところ、エスコート頂きました...感謝、感謝
