本日のサラメシ‼️
「鍛冶屋文蔵」@さいたま新都心
「けやき広場レストラン街」完全制覇を目指す16軒中7軒目。前勤務地、虎ノ門。前々勤務地、中野坂上にも支店があったがランチ初入店。
居酒屋ランチらしく「焼き魚」「唐揚げ」などの定番ランチから「特製もつ煮定食」を選択。メニュー写真に惹かれ注文したが、写真より実物の方が照り照りで旨そう。コックリと炊かれたもつ煮は臭みもなく秀逸。
驚かされたのは、店の入口で客数に合わせてオペレーションをしている女性。客に人数を聞くと即座に「◯◯番にご案内」「お座敷◯番3名様」と広い店内の状況を完璧に把握している。テキトーにやっているのではなく、店内に確認する事なく「只今満席です」と客を止めた
120席の何処が空いて、何処が塞がっているのかを全て把握している。退店した客が何処に座っていたのかも会計時に持参する席札で瞬時に把握。彼女の頭にはコンピュータが入っているのか❓
