A chef who has been devoted to Japanese-style meal for over 40 years. Started working at a sushi restaurant and experienced Kaiseki cuisine. My younger brother is also a Japanese-style meal chef, but he trained at a Tempura restaurant, so his specialty is Tempura cooking. We offer dishes that take advantage of each of our strengths. We are particularly proud of our seasonal dishes! Please also pay attention to the daily menu, which changes daily depending on the stock.
