本日のランチは、こちらでいただきます。
入店すると、右側にテーブル席が並びます。
その奥、左側のカウンター席に案内されました。
お茶と紙おしぼりを運んできた女性店員さんに、おすすめランチ税込1,078円を注文。
麺は、冷たい信州そばでお願いしました。
待つこと10分ほどで料理到着。
それでは早速いただきます。
まずはお蕎麦。
何もつけずに蕎麦だけで。
おっ、鼻の奥でしっかり蕎麦の風味が感じられます。
どうせおまけ程度だろうと期待していなかったので、これは嬉しい。
ただ、つゆが濃すぎるかな。
濃いつゆが好きな私がそう思うのだから、かなりの濃さ。
せっかくの蕎麦の風味が、これでは感じられずちょっと残念。
お次はにぎり鮨。
お稲荷さんは、私にはちょっと甘過ぎだけど、好きな人にはこのくらいがちょうどいいんだろうなあ。
生寿司は3貫。
タイは甘みがあります。
イカはねっとり濃厚。
マグロの赤身も悪くないです。
いずれも美味しい。
天ぷらの海老は、ちょっと小ぶりだけど衣はパリパリ。
身は甘くて、こちらもいいお味。
一品一品が、なかなかのレベルです。
ボリュームもちょうどで、十分満足できました。
