月曜日の正午過ぎに大宮駅近くのこちらのお店に初訪問！
和の落ち着いた静かな店内になっており...外に記載されていた"おすすめランチ"を注文！
おすすめランチの内容は
・にぎり鮨(まぐろ・イカ・鯛・お稲荷)
・海老と野菜の天ぷら
・サラダ
・信州そばもしくは讃岐うどん
のセットメニューとなっており、お値段は￥980円+税
この内容で1000円切るのは嬉しいなと感じ、5分程度で提供！
伸びる前に蕎麦からいただくことに...
暖かい蕎麦ですが、歯ごたえとしっかりとしたのど越しはあり、甘めの優しめなそばつゆが合っている印象を感じました。
蕎麦の風味や鼻に抜ける香りがあまりなかったのが、少し残念・・・
お寿司に関しては、4貫のため量はあまりありませんが・・・
ネタは結構厚切りで食べ応え充分！ まぐろも解凍に問題無く、鯛自体も歯ごたえと脂が乗っているなーと感じられるお寿司でした。
また天ぷらに関しては、えび、ししとう、茄子、カボチャと定番ネタではありますが、油の管理がとても良く出来ているのか...
天ぷらの油自体の切れがとても良く、しつこさを一切感じず・・・
サクッとした口当たりの軽い天ぷらに仕上げられており、天ぷらに関しては大満足！！
各単品を少しずつのセットなので、男性よりかは女性向けのセットかな？？
とは感じますが、お値段もお手頃で価格とバランス、見た目に関してもとても丁寧な仕事をされているお店だなと感じました。
