The 4th installment of the homecoming series. An annual year-end party with friends from cram school days. For some reason, I am the secretary this time... I have a hard time understanding the idea of having someone who lives in Hokkaido do this, but I don't dislike things like this (lol). It seems like a popular shop. At the entrance, two women came out of the store and said, ``If you don't have a reservation, we can't let you in.'' Of course, it was okay because I had already made a reservation, but someone was running late, and she was so nice that I wanted to ask her, ``Would you like to come with me instead?'' That's quite off topic (bitter smile). The atmosphere is good. All rooms are divided into private rooms, so you can relax without worrying about being seen. However, it's a little narrow... A little more space would make it more comfortable. [Joy] I chose the course + all-you-can-drink. As you can see in the photo, Oyster (from Hiroshima) are so big that even I, who live in Hokkaido, would be shocked. Not only the appearance but also the taste exceeded my expectations. The sashimi was cut thickly and the taste was better than expected. Don't worry, it's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Saitama... (lol) The best part is the hot pot. There are two options: soy sauce and miso, but I chose soy sauce. This is exquisite. I often eat miso-flavored hot pot dishes, but soy sauce is rare. Especially in Hokkaido, I don't remember it. The rice porridge at the end was also delicious. Very satisfied.
