本日は2日連続の大宮ランチ。
探しているとこちらのお店を見つけました。
南銀通りを通り左に抜けること3〜4分、いきなり現れた割烹料理店。これが銀座にあれば2〜3万はする店構え笑
予めランチの価格帯はリサーチ済みだったので、迷わず入店。店内もしっかりしてますね、カウンターと半個室のテーブル、会食などにも使えそうだ。
上司と一緒だったこともありテーブル席へ。
オーダーは…急に食べたくなった塩鯖笑
・塩さば焼き定食 1,100円(税込)
10分ちょっとで到着、ご飯はお代わり可能。
塩さば、町の定食屋さんで出てくるような大きな切り身ではなく小ぶりだけれど、フワフワの焼き具合。身の解れがよく脂がジュワッと溢れてきます。塩加減も絶妙、さすが割烹というだけあり、焼きの技術は高い。ご飯も粒立ち良く美味しいのは嬉しいなぁ。
さばの他には汁物、漬物、温泉卵。
特に汁物、豆乳？豆腐？ベースのお吸物というか…、これが本当に美味しい！何だろう、家で作れるかな？笑
ご馳走様でした！
塩さばの定食で千円オーバー！？と感じる方もいそうですが、むしろお得、全然質が違う。ランチは多少ガヤガヤしてますが、夜は良い雰囲気なんだろうな。店員さんも対応良く、帰り際には「この後もお仕事頑張って下さい」という優しいお言葉を頂きました。上司もご満悦、結果、私も大満足です。
