散歩でよく前を歩いていたが、あまりにも入りにくそうで、夜はコース料理になっている割烹料理の店なので、とてもいけないと思っていた。
3年前からコロナが流行り出し、飲食業は大変な状態になり、本来は夜だけしかやらないような高級店もランチを始めた。
それも普通に食べられる価格で。
それがきっかけで時折利用するようになった。
いつもカウンターなので、料理長ともよく話すようになり、時折、小鉢のプレゼントもある
ある。
とにかくチェーン店の和食ﾗﾝﾁとはすべてのレベルが違う。
自分は煮込み半バーク゛ランチが好きだが、ごはんも含め、いつも満足。
。従業員が少ないので、混むと大変そうだけど、二人の厨房は手際が良くて、あまり待たされることはないよ。
普段より200円か300円足して美味しいランチに行きたい人は是非利用してみて下さい。
。でも混むから予約した方がいいとは思う。
自分は11時30分と決めているのでいつも座っているけど。
