大宮ナンギンのど真ん中。白レバーが絶品の串焼き屋さん。
大宮だったらここが美味いんだよという仕事仲間の強い推薦により3人で訪店です。
ナンギンのど真ん中ですね。居酒屋やキャバクラが建て込む路地を呼び込みさんをスルーしながら歩いて行くと見落としそうな位置にありました。
予約してあったのですぐにテーブル席についてとりビーをオーダーしてメニュー検討。まずは串物。名物の白レバーは外せませんね。続いてササミ山葵、ツクネ、カワ、ハツ、砂肝をオーダー。サイドメニューは冷やしトマトを頼みます。
冷やしトマトをアテにビールを飲んでいると続々と串が焼きあがってきます。まずは白レバー、フォアグラのようだというこの店看板の一品です。ふわっとして上品なお味です。砂肝は歯ごたえがハンパない。ササミは山葵と抜群の相性ですね。ツクネは付け合わせの濃厚な卵黄につけて頂きます。荒いミンチの食感と相まって美味しいです。
お酒は芋焼酎(赤兎馬）をボトルでとってロックで頂くことにしました。追加でイカの刺身とイカの沖漬けをとって食感の違いを楽しみます。
話題も弾んでボトルが空になったところでおひらきに。美味しく楽しかったね。ご馳走さまでした。

仕事仲間と３人で久しぶりの訪店です。
呼び込みを避けながらナンギンの奥まで徒歩数分で着きます。駅からは近いのですが、初めてだとちょっとわかりづらいかもしれません。
予約してあったので奥の個室（暖簾で囲ってある）に案内されました。ちょっと狭いけど落ち着きますね。
まずはトリビーで枝豆と梅キューをオーダー。乾杯のあとは、串焼き、名物シロモツ、つくね卵、ねぎま、砂肝。それと刺身の盛り合わせを頼みました。シロモツはフワフワのフォアグラ食感で相変わらず絶品でした。お刺身も３枚ずつにしてくれてケンカにならないように配慮してくれています。ビールの後はハイボール。美味しいし、楽しいしでちょっと飲みすぎたかもしれません。
ご馳走さまでした。それと串焼きは到着と同時にかぶりついてしまったので写真を撮り忘れました。すみません。
