ランチ。
なんにしようか・・・
この辺で未訪のラーメンは・・・
うーむ。豚骨系か・・・
ラーメン大好きですが、このところ加齢によって？嗜好の変化を感じます。
どんなお店でも未訪のお店なら挑戦していたのですが、ここ数年で急激に豚骨とか大きなチャーシューとかに食指が動かなくなってきています。ボリューム系は昔から苦手な方でしたが、今はもう回避対象です・・・
グルグル回り色々調べオロオロと焦りヨロヨロとたどり着いたお店がこちらです。
到着だ。
入ります。
カウンターは４：４。小上がりは大小３卓でした。場所によっては掘りごたつ式だったと思います。
握り７貫ランチ にしようと思ったが、大将のお人柄の良さそうな声がけで、中トロ入りの握りにしてみました。１５００円。
しばし待ちます。
こちらもカウンターには大きな透明のシートがかかっています。あいつの対策ですね。
仕方がない。他の風邪のウィルスやインフルエンザも基本的には同様な仕組みで感染すると思いますが、感染後の体内での振る舞いや弱点なんかがまだよくわかっていないってのがイケないですな。
色々思ったことはあるけれど、こちらのお店で書くことではないので、ロングバージョンにしておこう・・・
到着。汁椀と、まぐろの中トロも入った長皿で提供。いただきます。
アジとか天然のヒラメとかとおしゃってたっけ？
その他、イカ・蒸しエビ・エビ・玉・赤身のまぐろ２貫などの９貫付けでした。
失礼ながら、駅前でやや外観の年季から、もうちょっとこだわりのないお店なのかなと思いましたが、十分こだわっていらっしゃると思います。
キンとした、一日一日が勝負です！となるようなギラギラしたお寿司屋さんで緊張しつつ美味しい寿司を食べる（勝手なイメージですが・・・）よりは、ある程度リラックスの中で楽しみつつもこだわるようなこんなお店の方が居心地もいいし、食べ方も自由な気がします。
上の世界はあるし求められていると思うけど、値段の都合もあるもんね・・・そうなると１５００円と言う予算でいただけたこちらの握りは、十分おいしいと思います。
個人的には本当に居心地よく美味しかったです。
ポツポツと回らないお寿司のランチ巡りを楽しんでいます。もう少しステップアップして、休みのランチにお酒を合わせられるお寿司屋さんも経験して行きたいと思っているのですが、どうにも新しいことをなかなか試そうと言う気力も衰えちまってねぇ・・・
