大宮氷川神社にカミさんと行く途中にお昼を食べようとなり、山家さんに。
ちょうど席が空いたので、すぐに座れました。
うな重をご飯大盛りで注文。15分ほどで届きました。
うなぎは関東風の蒸しがしっかりして、柔らかなうなぎ。ご飯にタレがあまりかかっていないのが好みで、薄くかかる程度でいい感じ。お吸い物もいい塩梅でした。
また、お邪魔させてもらいます。ご馳走様でした。
