I visited Yamashitaken, which is about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Omiya Station. I went there around 11:40, and there were already customers inside. Since I was alone, I was taken to the counter. While watching the pork cutlets being fried behind the counter, the long-awaited katsu curry arrived. First of all, it looks beautiful. The curry is also demi-glace! It's so rich. It doesn't have much spiciness. It would be nice if it was served a little hotter.
