立地
大宮駅東口から徒歩 2分程度の路地にあります。斜向かいにも同じ店があり、こちらは夜に営業するのかな？暖簾の出ている方へ。
内観
カウンターはＬ字型、4名掛けのテーブルが2〜3つあったような。私はカウンターへゴー。
提供時間
板前さん3名で流れ作業で握る為割と早く提供されます。具体的には計測しそびれ。10分はかかってない感じ。
商品
ほとんどの方がランチのにぎりを注文してたように思います。シャリはやや小ぶりのため14貫でも丁度良い。口の中でのほぐれ具合も良し。ネタによりシャリも変えてるみたいです。苦手な感じは全く無し。
総括
コスパとタイパはかなり良い店です。夜はお高くてハードル高いと感じる方は一度ランチで下見するのも良いかもしれません。私は夜も来てみたいと思いました。
何か特別な時にでも利用したいと思います。
