We offer three courses for each scene. The highly recommended ``Matsu'' course is a proud plan in which you can indulge in seasonal ingredients such as duck, fresh fish, and wild vegetables. If you want to casually enjoy handmade soba and seasonal Tempura, we recommend the ``Ume'' course, and if you want to enjoy sashimi as well, we recommend the ``Take'' course. Enjoy the shrimp and seasonal vegetable Tempura with our special blend of salt and soup. You can also enjoy the seasonal changes in the famous homemade "Shimesaba" made with seasonal mackerel.

We are a long-established soba restaurant with a history of over 50 years. We offer handmade Nihachi soba using domestically produced buckwheat flour, mainly buckwheat flour from Otoijifu in Hokkaido. The soba noodles are carefully made by hand using soft water and have a rich aroma. We recommend that you enjoy the scent first. After dipping it in the soup and eating it, try adding green onions and wasabi to enjoy the change in taste. For condiments, we use wasabi grated with sharkskin and delicious seasonal green onions such as Fukaya green onions.

We offer local sake from all over the country along with the season. We always have 20 to 30 types of carefully selected sake, as well as alcoholic beverages that can only be purchased at that time. The owner often goes directly to the sake brewery to purchase sake. The drinks change quickly, so you'll be able to discover new sake every time you visit. Mainly in 4-go and 5-go bottles, we also offer drinks that are perfect for the season, such as chilled, turbid, and hot sake. Enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime encounter in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
