本日二件目は大宮にあります「春日」さんにお邪魔しました。
このお店は23時ごろでも美味しいお蕎麦を食べれるお店はないかと食べログで探してお邪魔させていただきました。
お店の外観はレビューに書いてあった通り一見さんにはちと入りずらい雰囲気はありましたがいざ入ってみるとご主人も気さくで女将さんも明るくとても良い雰囲気で食事とお酒を楽しめました。
今回はお蕎麦がメインなのでもりそばと生ビールだけ頂きました。
お蕎麦は注文してから一人前の量を測りにかけてから湯でなべに入れる風情のあるゆで方でカウンターに座ったからこそ楽しめた光景でした。
またその横で女将さんが薬味の大根をおろしていた音も風情のある光景でした。
お蕎麦は白色できれいなお蕎麦です。細切りに綺麗に切られていてご主人の腕の高さを感じます。
味は蕎麦の風味がちゃんと残っていてコシあり、のど越し良く、つゆも関東風でお蕎麦とうまくマッチングしていて美味しかったです。
ご主人は二代目でお蕎麦は一茶庵系で15年修行されたそうです。どうりで美味しいわけです。
またご主人の知り合いの橘家円蔵師匠もお蕎麦を食べにきたそうです。
個人的な意見ですが噺家の方が美味しいと言うお蕎麦屋さんは説得力があると思っています。
自分は地元に馴染みのお店が無いので春日さんを馴染みのお店にしていけたらと思いました。
雰囲気も粋で楽しいお酒も楽しめる「春日」さんに皆さん是非一度訪れてみては？
