We offer homemade dishes, including handmade soba noodles. |
The restaurant was open for business from 5:00 pm, so when I went to the front of the store at 5:20 pm, the owner was still making soba noodles at the soba table. How much longer will it take? When I called out to him, he said, ``It's not cleaned up yet, but if you don't mind,'' and he let me in even though it wasn't open yet. Does your husband like rakugo? There was a poster for a solo performance by Master Tachibana Takezo. They said, ``If you just want a drink and an appetizer, you can serve it right away,'' so I served them room-temperature Kikusui Kuro Junmai with komatsuna pickled vegetables, and I decided to work with them until the preparations were finished. During that time, the owner cut the soba noodles, cleaned up everything in the store, changed into business attire, and was ready at 5:35 p.m. I just needed to make notes for work, so it was a good time. Once the host is ready, the soba meal begins in earnest. I decided to have the eggplant iroilo (400 yen), which was written on the blackboard as ``delicious.'' It's fried eggplant. It absorbs the soup well and is definitely delicious. The sake left in the sake bottle quickly evaporated. I decided to add a cold sake, Yonezuru Junginshu, and also have soft-boiled sardines (600 yen) and dashimaki egg (600 yen). One medium-sized sardine was boiled until the bone was soft. Perfect for countering calcium deficiency in the elderly (lol). The dashimaki egg has a fluffy finish. ``Since I've kept you waiting,'' I was given some freshly roasted ginkgo nuts to drink with some cold sake. After enjoying soba-mae, finish off with soba. I decided to have Mori Soba (700 yen). These are the soba noodles that my husband was making earlier. Soba noodles that are a little thicker. If you eat it as is, the sweetness will gradually come out. Noodles are well-cooked, chewy, and easy to swallow. The soba soup with a strong dashi soup brought out the sweetness of the soba even more. The shop was run by the owner and a girl helping out. The girl was helping me cut the vegetables using a knife, which was quite naive and naive (lol). I want you to be careful not to cut your beautiful fingers, learn how to use a knife, and become a good wife (*^_^*) The bill this time was 4,800 yen. It seemed like a soba restaurant that could be used in a variety of ways, such as being able to stay here alone, or since it's located in the middle of a bar district, you could drink some in the surrounding area and finish off with some soba.
