少し時間が空いた春の日、急いで大宮公園へ桜をめでに。細い路地に8人ぐらいの列・・。
大宮界隈で人気の超人気のランチ寿司屋さん界隈。いつもにぎわっております。木曜の昼でもこの調子なので、週末は相当大変なのでしょうね
公園で桜を見ましたが、緑葉がでてきており、少し残念な花見でした
その後、歩いて駅まで戻るとなんと待ち人おらず・・。
で、すぐ来店、時刻は13：00を少々回った所です。まあ～その後すぐ満席になりましたので
タイミングなのでしょうね
早速、ランチにぎり13カンをオーダー、板さん3人が流れで寿司を作っていきます
それほど待たずに目の前に登場・・・・。ネタは新鮮！旨い！やはり廻るやつとは違う！
専門店にありがちなシャリが少ないパターンも無く。満足のバランス旨い～
しかし、でも、シャリの硬さや温度に違和感が・・・・・・・。
分担でつくるし、ジャンジャンオーダーが入るのはわかるんですが、赤身担当の方、少々早目に握り貯めすぎかと・・。
まな板に何人分も握り置きが発生、おそらくはそのせいで、シャリの温度がバラバラでした。
ほどよい人肌の物もあれば、つめたく少し乾燥気味の物も
シャリ温度の一体感は、廻る寿司のオーダー分の方が安定しているかもしれませんね
でもでも、トータルでは、ネタの新鮮さと種類！この値段では到底食べれないと思います
それを加味すれば、高得点ですね
