本日のランチは、こちらでいただきます。
入店すると、目の前が2階への階段で、左側にテーブル席。
厨房前にはカウンター席が3つあります。
1階の2人がけテーブル席に座りました。
お冷やとおしぼりを運んできた女性店員さんに、本日のお肉料理である鶏胸肉のコトレッタ税込980円を注文。
ちなみに、本日の魚料理はクロダイだそうです。
美人の店員さんがシェフにオーダーを告げるのが、ドラマの1シーンみたいでカッコいい。
まずはサラダ到着。
サラダは普通。
そのあとはフォッカチャ。
フォッカチャはお代わり自由とのこと。
やや甘みがあり、これだけでもどんどんいけますが、指が油まみれになるのが少々難点。
オーダーから10分ほどでコトレッタ到着。
薄い鶏胸肉に衣がついたチキンカツで、いわゆるミラノ風カツレツというやつですね。
それではいただきます。
お味はとてもあっさり。
塩胡椒はほとんど感じられず、トマトの酸味だけが味のアクセントになっています。
塩をひと振りしたい気分。
鶏肉は柔らかくて、しっとりした食感。
ポテトサラダが薄く敷いてあるけど、それを含めてもボリュームはあまりないので、フォッカチャを2個お代わり。
今度のは熱々。
これでお腹いっぱいになりました。
コトレッタもフォッカチャも、どちらかというとパサパサ系なので、スープが欲しくなりました。
店内は、なかなかおしゃれな雰囲気。
お客さんもどんどん入って来て、かなりの人気店のようです。
