Even though it's close to my workplace, it's a bit high-brow, or rather, it's an authentic Italian Cuisine, so it's not something I would normally visit for lunch. I only found out about this restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it seems to use European vegetables from Saitama City, Bushu Wagyu beef, and Chichibu wine, and is involved in various local activities. Recently, I occasionally take a peek at the restaurant, but there are quite a few customers, so I feel a little hesitant to go in alone. This time, there happened to be a group of customers ahead of me, so I took the opportunity to make my long-awaited first visit. The waiter was polite and gentlemanly, and I ordered today's pasta, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella from the menu that was presented to me. Soon, a set salad and focaccia were served, and I enjoyed the fresh vegetables, and about 10 minutes after ordering, the pasta arrived. It doesn't look like fresh pasta, but I mixed the delicious fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into the pasta. Wow, it's delicious! The tomatoes are fried in olive oil to preserve their freshness, and the saltiness is just right, and it goes well with the mozzarella cheese. Although it was dried noodles, it was perfectly cooked and I couldn't stop eating it. I finished it in no time, and finished by dipping a slightly sweet focaccia in the remaining sauce! Two more groups of customers came in after me, and they all ordered the most popular one-plate meal. It made me want to drink wine, didn't it?! They said that you can also get a coffee for an additional 100 yen, but they didn't push it on me and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a delicious pasta, thank you for the meal!
