鰓呼吸 大宮一番街店は、埼玉県さいたま市大宮区のJR大宮駅東口の大宮一番街にある。
2021年2月20日(土)に初めて鰓呼吸 大宮一番街店を訪れた。
お店の造りはL字のカウンター席とテーブル席、テラス席などがある。
客層は老若男女幅広く、女性の一人客も見かけた。
店内では懐かしいJ-POPが流れていた。
カウンター席に着くとジョッキで冷たい水が出された。
お店の人のテキパキとして元気がある接客も良い。
感謝の本マグロ鉄火丼を食した。
自粛期間中にキャンペーンを行っているメニューである。
味噌汁とお新香がついて税込999円であった。
酢飯か白米か選ぶことができて無料で大盛にすることができる。
味噌汁とお新香はおかわり自由でご飯は後から追加することもできる。
酢飯の大盛を選んだ。
酢飯の上に「ありがとう」と言うまで店員さんがお玉でマグロを盛ってくれる。
こぼれ落ちるほど盛ってもらった。
盛った後に葱と海苔をかけてもらった。
マグロは大きくぶつ切りにされている。
しっとりとして身が引き締まった食感で新鮮な味わいがある。
酢飯の締め具合も良く食が進んだ。
味噌汁の具材は葱とアオサであり、お新香は柴漬けと沢庵漬けであった。
会計は席で支払った。
気前の良さを感じるお店であった。
