I don't remember how many times it was, but since I visited during the shortened hours request period due to the issuance of the man-defense order. There are a lot of new restaurant stores in the Ichiban area, so you need to take a peek at them regularly. It was already around 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and all the stores were starting to have customers, but when I was impatient and admiring the sign in front of the store, I was called out and entered the store with momentum. My energetic wife asked me in quick succession whether I wanted to drink sashimi or make it an iron fire bowl, so I immediately ordered an iron fire bowl, even though I was wondering if this neighborhood could serve sake. According to the signboard, the performance of the iron fire bowl is fun because it puts pickled tuna on top of the vinegared rice in front of you until it stops. Actually, this is the first time I've done something like this, so I'm a little nervous. First of all, a bowl of vinegared rice is served. When I was thinking about what was going on, my husband made me wait for him, and he appeared again with a dash, scooping up tuna from a large pot and putting it on the bowl. It seems that it will continue endlessly unless you stop it, so stop at an appropriate place to stop your mischievous spirit. Snow of seaweed and onions is carved on the towering tuna mountain. Pickled tuna that has just spilled out of the bowl. I feel that the pickling was a little shallow, but I would make up for it with the soy sauce on the table. I admire the fact that it was started to help ingredients and suppliers who have nowhere to go in this world. If so, we have no choice but to eat and support them. The restaurant is typical Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and the sides are all fish-based. Both the staff and the customers are lively, but infection control measures are the bare minimum. * It is a limited-time project until the request for shorter hours is lifted.
